In this session you will explore the concept of implicit bias, how it forms, and the nuanced behaviors that are products of our unconscious beliefs. Participants will practice interrupting the bias process and form an action plan around the essential question: What am I willing to do to not only become aware of, but interrupt actions that reflect implicit bias in myself and others?
